How It Works
Steps
🏀 Step 1: Make the Assist
Got clutter? Pass it to us. We’ll take anything you’re ready to part with — but to maximize your payout, we encourage items that are clean, working, and likely to sell for $25 or more.Not sure what to give? Start here:
- Tech: headphones, iPads, phones, computers, etc...
- Sneakers & Streetwear: Nike, Adidas, Asics, etc...
- Sports Gear: bats, gloves, cleats, helmets, etc...
- Clothing & Fashion: stylish or premium brand pieces
- Accessories & Misc: watches, backpacks, instruments, etc...Anything below that threshold will be donated with your approval.⚖️ Step 2: We Sort and SCORE
When your items arrive, we evaluate each one using our S.C.O.R.E. System:S — Sellability: Is there demand for this item?
C — Condition: Is it in good enough shape to sell?
O — Originality: Is it unique, branded, or desirable?
R — Resale Value: Will it sell for at least $25?
E — Effort: Is the time, cleaning, and listing worth it?Items are then categorized as sellable or donatable.
Items that can’t be donated will be recycled.📢 Step 3: You Stay in Control
If an item isn’t fit for resale or doesn’t sell in the 21-day window, we’ll donate it with your approval.Want a minimum payout for a specific item? Just let us know which one and how much you’re hoping for — we’ll try to meet it or give you a heads-up if it’s unlikely.⏰ Step 4: Clock Starts
We list approved sellable items ($25+ only) on top resale platforms for 21 days. You’ll get direct links to track your listings:
If it sells — ✅ you get paid
If it doesn’t — we’ll donate it to Salvation Army, Goodwill, or Alley-Oop Kids, or return it to you💰 Step 5: You Get Paid
Commission Breakdown:
- $25–$99 → You get 50%
- $100–$249 → You get 60%
- $250+ → You get 70%Payouts are sent after the 21-day window, once all sales are finalized.
